Interim Management:

Interim management is a supplement to challenges and tasks in which specialist knowledge is needed for a longer period to reach the goals defined, as well as in different phases of corporate development.

​

If the existing management cannot or does not want to solve the upcoming tasks on their own, as an interim manager I am happy to take responsibility for the results for work in a line position or in projects.

These tasks are limited in time, for example until a stable new company or division management is established, or until the project is completed.

I am not afraid to make decisions based on what is necessary to run a healthy business.

 

Many years of experience as a manager in international and multi-disciplinary HEMS organizations at home and abroad, combined with my background as a professional helicopter pilot who knows the working level well, ensure increased acceptance.
